Universal Dealer Consultants is a firm contracted by automotive dealerships to open up Business Development Centers around the world. UDC recruits, trains, staffs and manages care center personnel for our client dealerships. The call center representatives are the communications link between the customer and the dealership.
Job Description:
The Customer Care Representative (CCR) is a specialized, highly trained & skilled member of the Business Development Center (BDC). The CCR handles inbound sales calls, Internet leads, outbound marketing calls, is the facilitator of solid & specific appointments for the sales and service teams, and performs follow up calls on recent non-purchase visits. There NO COLD CALLING and NO TELEMARKETING INVOLVED. Both full-time and part-time positions available.
The CCR must possess outstanding communication skills, friendly and enthusiastic disposition, the ability to speak articulately, have a positive attitude and good work ethics. UDC offers 1 week of paid skill training. To complete training you must pass certification tests with a minimum score of 85%.
Requirements:
- Mastering all training materials provided by UDC, including scripts and PowerTracks???.
- Acquiring a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models at the relative dealership.
- Developing a thorough understanding of and demonstrating adherence to BDC policies and procedures.
- Demonstrating proficiency of the BDC software.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the phones are not left unattended at scheduled work time.
- Following the detailed script and guidelines on each and every call ??? inbound and outbound.
- Using the various PowerTracks at the appropriate stages of a sales call.
- Keeping current with inventory status.
- Keeping current with advertising campaigns.
- Maintaining a professional code of conduct at all times.
- Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly goals, which correspond to the objectives of the dealership.
- Maintaining consistency and accuracy in the customer database.
