I went into Life Quality BMW just looking for options for when I was going to return my 2011 3 series lease. I was paired with Brett Laslie and was immediately impressed with him. That day I signed the papers to order my new car. Fast forward about a month and a few days and I am in my new car. During that time, I received plenty of emails updating me on the status of the car and answering any questions I had. Brett was extremely pleasant to deal with and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Upon picking the car up, he showed me all the new bells and whistles that came with it and took the time to make sure I had full knowledge of everything. There was a tiny hiccup before being able to drive away but Brett actually offered to give me a lift to work and then have my car delivered to my job. I didn't end up needing it but just a small gesture like that impressed me to no end. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Brett to anyone else looking for a new BMW in Brooklyn.

Luis has been the best service adviser that i have ever dealt with in all BWM service centers I've been to. He is extremely courteous, polite and her is really, really knows BMW's, how they work, how they run, noises, etc. I don't look forward to going to the mechanics, but I will have peace of mind taking my vehicle to Luis for his expertise.

Brendon Beige in the service department was very attentive He took care of me right away and made sure I understood what to do even though it was a simple service issue he made sure it was done and asked me if I needed anything else I found him to be very helpful and will make sure on my next visit to see him again

Kaz Zahrieh Was extremely helpful throughout the leasing process finding me the car i wanted at a price in my budget and made this experience a pleasent one. The service was top notch and he was available anytime i needed a question or concern answered. He made a sometimes stressful process a very enjoyable experience for me and my family and we were all greatful. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market. It was a fantastic experience working with kaz zahrieh and i thank him for getting me into my dream car and the next new car i get i know the first person i will be calling.

Jeanie was a very helpful individual. She was very polite and nice and knew how to get to looking for my car right away. A very soft spoken sales person with a great heart for her customers. She gets things done quickly and efficiently.

Having taking my car to LQ BMW for almost 2 years now, I can?t believe I haven?t written this review sooner. Luis is very helpful, he always explains exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and describes the part and how the problem may have been caused. He constantly keeps you updated on the status of your car. He always works quickly, goes the extra mile to check and fix the little things but never try to upsell you on further services. He a pretty honest dude!! I highly recommend Luis to my friends and family!

The worst dealership experience I have ever had over the course of owning 5 BMWs over the past 12 years---the people are rude, arrogant and completely unpleasant to deal with. The service quality is poor---I have returned with my X5 three times for the same issues, the warranty seems to cover everything but what the car is there for and the $200+ diagnosis fees pile up. Today we were hit with another charge ---over and above the $2000 we had to spend 2 weeks ago---and have now decided to trade in the car and NEVER buy another BMW

I went to life quality and was greeted by Luis, he quickly answered all my questions and educated me with some features I was not aware of. best service advisor EVER! better than anyone in Manhattan and Philadelphia that's for sure. I would recommend this service center to anyone with a BMW.
